Al Ghurair Iron & Steel (630kVA AMF)
Project : To ensure compatibility and integration amongst various vendors to install and commission 630 kVA (AMF ) SILENT Diesel generator and switchgear / distribution panels boards.
Mr.Sachin Savarkar of Al ghuair was on the job to ensure the purchase and installation of Electrical switch gear / Distribution panels and Genset. This entitled sizing and firming up the complete specifications and then coordinating amongst different vendors to complete each section of the project. It was then Radiant backed by its strong expertise in handling turnkey projects offered a single source solution in sizing the requirement and then supplied 630 kVA (AMF ) silent dg set powered by Perkins engine model 2806 E 18 TAG 2, Main & Sub distribution panel & further installed and commissioned the same. Radiant’s project execution engineers ensured that the site was handed over as per proposed schedule and this eliminated the co-ordination amongst different vendors for the client and also resulted in equipment that was compatible with each other & further a comprehensive AMC for the full plant (ELECTRICALS ) could be entrusted to a single vendor.
His Highness Royal Palace of Fujairah (1x1000kVA, 1x500kVA)
Radiant supplied a containerized silent genset of 1000 kVA unit powered by Perkins Engine 4008 TAG 2A and a 500 kVA unit powered by Perkins Engine model 2506AE 15 TAG 3. Both these units are providing backup emergency power to The Palace of ruler of Fujairah.
These units supplied by Radiant effectively replaced the existing 750 kVA CAT genset at the palace.
The Engineering team at His Highness Royal Palace selected Radiant because Radiant could effectively install the equipment in conjunction with the Distribution Panels, Transformers and Electrical Panels at the palace.
To ensure that there be minimum or rather no technical snag during any time of the operation of the genset Radiant’s team has also undertaken the AMC for for the gensets supplied & installed by them.
Power Plus Cables at Fujerah (2x500kVA)
Radiant supplied two numbers of 500 kVA genset powered by Perkins 2506 AE 15 TAG 3 model engine, with a system of Auto synchronization and Auto Load sharing Panels with Micro Processor controls. The system is also installed with a backup Manual synchronization system which could be used as an emergency should the Auto-synchronization system not work.
Radiant’s Technical team studied the customer load & its behaviour pattern to meet the high demands of this customer and provided them with an effective solution to meet their continous power needs.
Al-Ain Overseas at Ajman (2x500kVA, 3x350kVA)
Radiant once again proved to be a specialist in providing power at short notice. This commercial building at Ajman with 5 silent gensets powered by Perkins engine and with an Auto synchronization and Auto Load Sharing system were installed within 6 weeks of Purchase Order Placement.

The Silent Gensets were fitted with specially designed acoustic enclosures to take care of the basement where ceiling height was a constraint.
International Tubular Services at Harmiya Free Zone Sharjah (7x250kVA)
Radiant’s team was successful in winning a bid to supply a unit of 250 kVA to this client in Sharjah. The binding between the two developed and grew over the months as a result of Radiant’s effective and prompt after sales support. This resulted in Radiant being further awarded with 6 more units of 250 kVA. All 7 units at the site are powered by Perkins engine model 1306 CE 87 TAG 6.
Gunal Constructions (3x400kVA, 6x140kVA)
Radiant’s team was successful in winning a bid to supply a unit of 400 kVA to this client in Dubai. The binding between the two developed and grew over the months as a result of Radiant’s effective and prompt after sales support. This resulted in Radiant being further awarded with 2 more units of 400kVA & 6 units of 140 kVA. All 9 units at the site are powered by Perkins engine model 2306AE14TAG3& 1006TAG
Cleveland Bridge (2x400kVA, 2x250kVA)
Radiant’s team was successful in winning a bid to supply a unit of 400 kVA to this client in Jebel Ali. The binding between the two developed and grew over the months as a result of Radiant’s effective and prompt after sales support. This resulted in Radiant being further awarded with 1 more units of 400kVA & 2 units of 250 kVA. All 4 units at the site are powered by Perkins engine model 2306AE14TAG3 & 1306CE87TAG6
Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre ( ADNEC ) Lighting Tower
Project : To set up the required lighting for the premises during the evenings / extended hours.
ADNEC commercial department was studying on the proposal to set up the lighting of the premises of their corporate office especially during the evenings / extended hours without disturbing the aesthetics of the building, Radiant’s proposal of supplying Mobile Lighting Tower with extendable mast and easy to operate features which further don’t require any modifications to the building or premises found immediate acceptance as it suited their requirements. Radiant supplied ADNEC with 4 nos: 5 kVA lighting towers powered by Robin Engines. And these have been successfully running for the past 18 months.
